Breakfast
I am an impatient and anxious person. When I wake up, I sit in my bed and I try to meditate a little bit. I do not know if that is exactly the right way to do, but that is how I do it. After a few minutes of meditation, I go to the bathroom to wash my face and take a shower. I brush my teeth and then I will have my breakfast. Unlike most people that I know, I feel very hungry in the wee hours of the morning.
I love drinking an orange juice or hot milk and some coffee in the breakfast. I also really like to eat oatmeal and banana. Breakfast is one of my favorite meals — after lunch, of course. I wake up very early, so I can watch the sunrise.
Having the opportunity to have a calm and serene breakfast makes me a better person during the day. Or at least I try.
